Especially when you’ve got vegetables that haven’t been used for a while and before they go mouldy or off. Saving every penny while making food that tastes awesome? Well, that’s what we go for!
It tastes great with a side of rice; though if you haven’t got any- we used oats. Though we believe that the stir fry would be great in a sandwich of onion bread! To make this recipe taste great we suggest that you use a lot of herbs and spices. We used oregano, sage and basil with a tab bit of cinnamon. Use different herbs based on the vegetables used and it’ll come out well!
