Paprika Shortcrust Pie Pastry
- 200 grams plain flour
- 100 grams butter
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 1-2 tbsp water
- Cut the butter into cubes then add to a bowl with the flour and paprika.
- Mix in the butter into the flour until it resembles bread crumbs then add the two egg yolks.
- Mix the egg yolks until it has been fully mixed.
- add 1 to two tablespoons of water until the dough is not dry anymore. Knead it for around 5 minutes then place covered in fridge to chill.
