Ordinary Trash, Unusual Beauty. A look at utilising and recycling trash to make beautiful objects.

Ordinary Trash, Unusual Beauty (2022) is an installation project by Joshua Obara Norwood which explores the idea of using commonly trashed items and re-purposing them into objects of beauty and aesthetic.

It continues a recurring theme of Joshua’s work with environmental issues and “trash art” (see the Suffocation Clothes) and allows the “explorer” of the installation to enter the room and examine the work closely. Interaction is not advised due to sharp edges on the ceramic works.
